Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for choosing Plant Hawaii!

Upon receiving your floral questionnaire, one of our floral designers will write up a floral estimate that is tailored to your individual needs, taking into account the information you provided, including colors, overall style, flower preferences, size of the bridal party, overall guest count, and budget.

Please keep in mind, most initial floral estimates come to a total higher than your desired budget. This gives you an opportunity as the client to ask questions. This also gives our designers the chance to help you understand what it takes to make your vision a reality.

Please allow up to 12 business days to receive your initial floral proposal. If you need it sooner, please request it.

After receiving your initial floral proposal from a member of the Plant Hawaii Weddings and Events team, you will have 2 free revisions of your floral estimate and 1 free 30 minute consultation. This consultation can either be over the phone, Zoom or in person. Revisions to the floral estimate can still be made after a deposit is paid and up until the final payment is made.

Once Plant Hawaii receives this returned contract, signed, with the specified deposit, your date will be reserved for you in our calendar. Please note that your date is not reserved until payment of the deposit is made and, should your date be reserved by someone else before a deposit is made, Plant Hawaii reserves the right to terminate the proposal.
